We begin, with our sensors; collecting environmental information that assists to plan and grow. We move through to growing; providing spaces and tools, paired with helpful data to grow your own food. We then slow and rest with a sip of schnaps or a bite of our fermented produce; distilled and fermented from an abundance of produce, grown by our hand.
Sein, is to just be … to come full circle; connecting to our land, our selves and our communitites. This connection is created through hands-on growing and producing our own food which is all supported by innovative technology and community knowledge sharing.

For us, it is all about technology and the collective, and how those things can come together. We use open source, innovative tech to approach social and environmental issues in an unexpected way.
We use sensors for environmental observation of water, amosphere and soil status, leveraging open source applications to store gathered data in the cloud and present it in an accessible dashboard to assist agriculture and urban growing.

Using information from envronmental observation sensors and purpose built urban faming kits we help you to grow your own food and work towards self sustainability.
Through education and the connections we create, we nurture well being and work towards leaving a positive impact on our land; regenerating land, community and self.

To live and to be, with prosperity and abundance, is impacted by what we eat and how we interact with our environment. We work to be a part of a prosperous full circle through growing and producing.
Our circle, is completed with hand crafted living foods; grown, from our urban gardens and active, with healthy bacteria. From artisan sourdough breads, to delish kimchi, Ferment Sein uses abundant crops to product small batch, fermented foods and shares knowledge for you to produce your own, living food.

We honour traditional processes and connection to the food we have grown; using a legacy of Austrian techniques and an abundance of personally grown produce we produce and import small batch Schnaps. We provide tools and guidance to distil your own, nurturing space for full circle use of your own food.
